Xiaomi’s new smartphones, Redmi Note 7 and Redmi Note 7 Pro, have just been launched during the recent press conference that took place in New Delhi. The Chinese company did not wait long to unveil its new lineup, even though it launched Redmi Note 6 Pro just a few months ago. Redmi Note 7 is the first device to be released since Xiaomi decided to create a new Redmi sub-brand, and its goal is to strengthen Xiaomi’s number one position on the Indian market, which it has been occupying for more than a year now.
It has been known for a while that Redmi Note 7 Pro will be upgraded with the 48MP back camera, a feature that will definitely attract many new customers. When it comes to the Redmi Note 7, it has a 12MP rear camera with a 2MP depth sensor and a 13MP front camera. It is also worth mentioning that Xiaomi provided users with some AI features, such as AI Portrait 2.0 and scene detection.
With Redmi Note 7, Xiaomi finally introduces a new design. Its updated look combines the widely popular glass sandwich design with some outstanding gradient colors, which make this smartphone quite unique. Other important features design-wise are: Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on both rear and front side of the device and the 2.5D curved glass.
