To be more precise, 30% of the PCs have not updated to the latest version.

A massive cumulative update has been released by Microsoft for the percent of version 1809 users, fixing most glitches and bugs the OS had. KB4505658 is the new update, and it does not only fixes security issues, but it also comes with some interesting additions. Now when you are using Internet Explorer, and you want to create a new window by dragging a tab, it will no longer stop working.
Now, when you are searching for a recently updated application or a just installed one, you will finally find them using the bar for that purpose. Applications that manage folders, files, and device settings have been fixed. The Window-Eyes screen reader application has now better compatibility with the OS.
