During the years, Plants vs. Zombies evolved more than we could have imagined. Multiple games were released, for all platforms. Right now, fans are speculating about a possible new game: Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare. Developers haven’t confirmed that they are working on such a game, but rumors seem to indicate that the game will be a reality.
Sequa for Garden Warfare 2
Back in 2016 fans received Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2. According to the rumors, Garden Warfare 3 would represent a sequel for that game, and it will continue the story. The Garden Warfare 2 game was a third-person shooter and it was available on multiple platforms such as Play Station 4, Xbox One and PC. Play Station 4 Enhances and Xbox One X releases are expected as well. According to the speculations we heard to far, Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 3 shouldn’t be to different, although it is supposed to bring new additions, such as units and mods.
Release date
Many fans believed that Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 3 would come in 2018. The game was expected to be announced during E3 2018 and launched by the end of the year. Obviously, this didn’t happen.
Right now, a 2019 release seems more likely. If we take a look at the upcoming video games, we can see that there aren’t too many shooter games coming out this year, so this might be the ideal moment. Another interesting rumor is that Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 3 could add a battle royale mode as well, as this is the latest trend.
