iOS 12.1.3 Update Now Accessible in Beta Stage

Apple has officially confirmed that the company is working on a new version of iOS 12 while a new 12.1.13 beta update will become available soon.

The latest update, iOS 12.1.2 was released earlier this week and added a number of bugs and fixes. Read below for a comprehensive list of what iOS 12.1.3 will bring.

Beta stage

The update is only available for app developers at this point. Those that are enrolled in the Beta Software Program will be able to test when Apple decides that it is stable enough.

At this point it is thought that the new update will be compatible with all the devices that are currently able to run iOS 12, including older models like the iPhone 5S and the iPad Air 2.

Those that recently joined the beta program should keep in mind that beta updates can be highly unstable in some situations, leading to unexpected problems and potential data loss. It is a good idea to create a back-up of your important files before you attempt to install on your device.

When will it be released?

Apple has not offered an official release so potential users will have to wait for a while. It is likely that the company will work hard in order to release the beta with as few bugs as it is possible, a task that is very time consuming.
