When talking about the new features, we have splash screens for the App Store and Photos apps. There is also Dark Mode and other changes to the user interface. It also comes with security and bug fixes.
Until the end of the week, Apple should also release a public beta 5 of iOS 13, iPadOS, and tvOS 13 coming fifth public beta of the iOS 13, iPadOS, and tvOS 13 operating system soon. They are meant to be for public beta testing with the help of the Apple Beta Software Program. The final release of the iOS 13 iPadOS, macOS Catalina 10.15, tvOS 13, and watchOS 6 are going to happen next month for all of the supported devices. Up until then, you might want to update your device to see if you got the public beta version. If now, you cannot do anything but wait right now.
