Huawei Honor 20 and Honor 20 Pro will officially be revealed in London. They are Huawei’s newest devices, sporting highly performant cameras, following the current trend. So far in 2019, many brands made a habit of releasing both standard and Pro models of their newly-launched devices, so of course, Huawei had to do the same.

Cameras
Honor has been making a lot of progress when it comes to camera technology lately. Both Honor 20 and Honor 20 Pro models have four rear sensors, but they differ in how they work. Honor 20 Pro sports an 8 MP telephoto camera that can optically zoom at 3x. In the Honor 20 model, the telephoto camera is replaced by a 2 MP camera meant for capturing depth in portrait mode.
Technical Specs
Huawei Honor 20 and Honor 20 Pro both have the same chipset, the Kirin 980. However, the Pro model features more RAM and superior storage options. While Honor 20 has 6 GB RAM and 128 GB ROM, Honor 20 Pro has 8 GB RAM and 256 ROM.
Besides, Huawei Honor 20 sports a 3750-mAh battery, while the Honor 20 Pro model has a 4000-mAh battery. The difference is minor, but we’ll have to see if it affects the overall performance. Both models feature Honor’s 22.5w SuperCharge, promising to charge the phones at 50% in 30 minutes.
In terms of display, the two models are identical. Both have a 6.2-inch LCD FHD+ display, plus a hole-punch notch. The fingerprint sensor can be found on the side of the device.
Price and Launch Date
The Huawei Honor 20 will be available for 499 Euros, while the Huawei Honor 20 Pro version will be sold at 599 Euros. The pricing and release date for the UK has yet to be announced. It is most likely that a US release will not take place, especially after Google’s ban for Huawei devices.
