Many characters that we’ve previously known have been already featured in Mortal Kombat 11 and we keep seeing more returning characters making their appearance. A new story trailer has been posted online, showcasing three characters that first appeared in Mortal Kombat X. Erron Black, Jacqui Briggs and Cassie Cage have all been confirmed as playable fighters.

Recognizable characters are coming to Mortal Kombat 11
The trailer of the upcoming game focuses on Kronika and also shows a well-known character from the series, Johnny Cage, together with the three aforementioned characters that made their first appearance in the previous title.
In the trailer of the game we can see brief sequences presenting the fatalities of each of all the characters that have just been announced.
Another trailer that has just appeared on the internet is also showing Cassie and her moveset. As all fans of Mortal Kombat know, Cassie Cage is the daughter of Johnny Cage and Sonya Blade.
Pre-orders available at the end of March
We’ve also heard that NetherRealm is planning an online stress test for the 15th – 17th of March. The upcoming test will be available to a few selected players in the United States and only owners of the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 will be able to take part in it.
A beta test has also been announced to become available from 28th – 31st of March. This test will be open for both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One pre-orders. If you decide to pre-order it, you will also get an extra playable character: Shao Kahn.
Mortal Kombat 11 is expected to be released on the 23rd of April and it will be available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and on the PC. We cannot wait to see how the next title of this popular series will be like.
