The League of Legends client is getting a new patch! Patch 9.16 goes live in the early hours of August 14, bringing a bunch of balance changes and the reworked Pantheon we were all waiting for. - Biscuit restore lowered to 10% – from 15%
- Increase to mana cap increased to 50 – from 40
- Champ with no mana get lower health restore now 12% – from 20%
- Healing duration lowered to 5 seconds – from 15 seconds
ARAM Balance Changes
Nerfs
Swain: -6% damage dealt & +6% damage taken nerfed from -5% damage dealt
Buffs
Morgana: -6% damage dealt buffed from -6% damage dealt & +6% damage taken
Volibear: Unchanged – buffed from +5% damage taken
Yorick: -5% damage dealt buffed from -5% damage dealt & +5% damage taken
