The Galaxy A series was unveiled in 2014 as a range of affordable smartphones which offer excellent performance at a price. In time a few upper-mid, have started to appear, with specs and build quality which rivals some of the high-end devices which are present on the market.
Samsung also used the Galaxy A line to test some features before they were implemented on more expensive models. This gave the devices a feeling of exclusivity since they had functionalities and advantages which wouldn’t be present on other Samsung smartphones for a while.

Users have the option to choose between a variety of models, according to their personal preference and available budget. The king of the series is A80 which offers excellent features in exchange for a hefty price. At the other end of the range, we have the Samsung Galaxy A10, which tiers essential features accompanied by a low price tag.
The first version of the device was released earlier this year in February. It was quite popular and Samsung has recently announced a refreshed model with a few additional features.
The new Samsung Galaxy A10 will have a generous 4,000-mAh battery pack and a fingerprint scanner on the rear as the main attractions. It will also sport an octa-core CPU, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of internal memory, an SD card slot, and Android 9.0 Pie. A dual-camera setup will be present on the back with an 8MP selfie camera on the front. Price and availability remain a mystery for now.
