Google Drive 2.19.312.02 Update Introduces New PDF Form Filing Feature and Bug Fixes

Storing and sharing files used to be quite difficult a couple of years ago but now, Google has changed everything with its cloud technology. Google Drive is one of the most useful apps that people can install on their smartphones and therefore, it shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone that Google Drive has been downloaded and installed by tens of millions of people.

Google Drive provides users with a safe place where they can store all their files and then access them from another device such as a computer just by using the same Google account. Google Drive is the perfect app for people who take lots of photos, videos or write many documents. To top it all off, Google Drive is backing up everything that is stored on the cloud so that the user can’t lose them.

Google Drive 2.19.312.02 Update

Today we are talking about Google Drive because the app has just received a major software update. The update is changing Google Drive’s build number to 2.19.312.02 and the developers who are in charge of the app are rolling it out via Google’s official OTA (over the air) channels. This means that all Google Drive users who are keeping their smartphones connected to a stable Wi-Fi network throughout the day will receive the update in their notifications panel.

What’s New?

Google Drive fans should be pleased to find out that the new update introduces a new feature called “PDF Form Filing” which just as its name implies, gives users more options when it comes to storing PDF files on the cloud. While this new feature might not be something groundbreaking, it’s still nice to have around. The last thing that we want to note about Google Drive’s latest update is that it also comes with a handful of bug fixes that are taking care of various issues.
