Microsoft Edge 42.0.22.3819 Beta Update
As previously mentioned, Microsoft is updating Edge on a daily basis with software improvements and all other types of bug fixes. With that said, Edge fans who are enrolled in the beta program of the mobile browser should be happy to find out that a brand-new update which sports the 42.0.22.3819 beta version number has arrived.
The new update weighs in at 79.11MB and it is targeted towards smartphones that are running on Google’s latest Android 9.0 Pie. Luckily, the update can also be installed on smartphones that are running on a minimum of Android 4.4 KitKat operating system.

“Thanks for using Microsoft Edge! Picture-in-Picture mode is available with this update (on devices with Android 8.0 and above). This release also includes general bug fixes and performance improvements,” said the developers of the mobile browser in the patch notes.
