GTA 6 is one of the most awaited games in gaming history and fans just can’t wait to play a new installment of the game. However, their hopes might get squished a bit, as some bad news might be confirmed already.
Rumors
Rumours of GTA 6 appear online in greater number as days pass by, and most hint that the game will take place in Vice City.
Some say that the game will be released as early as November 2020, and will be a PS5 launch exclusive. It’s also rumoured that GTA 6 won’t be released for the PS4 or Xbox One as hardware simply won’t be able to run the game decently.
A recent job listing posted by Rockstar Games on the Monster recruitment website had the highlight: “create next-generation worlds”. The ad doesn’t mention anything related to GTA 6 but it is a bit of a no – brainer.
More bad news
Bad news doesn’t stop here: The next game released by Rockstar Games probably won’t even be a GTA game: A painting found inside the GTA Online Casino hints that Rockstar may be working on a sequel to Bully / Canis Canem Edit next. The aforementioned painting contains the same four symbols that are displayed on the Bullworth Academy crest.
Canis Canem Edit ( an alternative name for Bully) was released way back in 2006 and over the years it received various ports for different platforms: PC, Wii, iOS, Xbox 360, Android and PS4.
It’s good to keep in mind that those are just rumours, nothing has been officially confirmed by Rockstar Games, so maybe it’s too early to lose hope about GTA 6. All we know for sure is that Rockstar cares about their player base and tries their best to make the experience as enjoyable as possible.
