A new patch in League of Legends will be released on July 31, and it will not just bring the new Project skins starting with August 1, but it also comes with many buffs to the champions that really needed it.
Here are all the official patch notes from the League of Legends website – as always, we will only focus on all the balance changes that will be introduced in Patch 9.15. Some of these buffs and nerfs showed up in 9.15 PBE, but suffered some tweaks along the way.

- cooldown refund lowered to 50% when hitting monsters – from 60%
Galio
Passive – Colossal Smash
- [NEW] cooldown changed to 5 seconds, affected by CDR – from 5 seconds at all ranks
- damage increased to 15 − 200 – from 15 – 180
E – Justice Punch
- base damage increased to 90/130/170/210/250 – from 80/120/160/200/240
