League of Legends 9.15 PBE: Buffs to Kha’Zix, Lee Sin, Swain and More Balance Changes

The latest changes in the League of Legends PBE come with a new update, focusing on buffing a lot of champions, but nerfing Evelyn jungle and a few others. Let’s check out everything new in League of legends 9.15 PBE, and remember, the following stats are subject to change until 9.15 goes live on July 31.

Kha’Zix

Q – Taste Their Fear

• damage increased to 60/85/110/135/160 – from 50/75/100/125/150

Malphite

Q – Seismic Shard

• slightly increased to 20/25/30/35/40% – from 15/20/25/30/35%

W – Thunderclap

• first Hit Bonus Damage increased to 30/45/60/75/90 – from 20/35/50/65/80

The following values are still being tuned, said Riot Scruffy in his changelist on Twitter.

Evelynn

Q – Hate Spike

• monster cooldown lowered to 50% – from 60%

Galio

P – Colossal Smash

• cooldown proportional to cooldown reduction
• base damage increased to 15 − 200 – from 15 − 180

E – Justice Punch

• base damage increased to 90/130/170/210/250 – from 80/120/160/200/240

Graves

E – Quickdraw

• bonus armor increased to 7/9/11/13/15 – from 5/7.5/10/12.5/15

Karma

E – Defiance

• bonus shield strength lowered to 25/80/135/190 – from 30/90/150/210
• bonus shield AP ratio lowered to 50% – from 60%

LeBlanc

E – Ethereal Chains

• base root damage increased to 60/105/150/195/240 – from 60/90/120/150/180

Lee Sin

Sonic Wave

• base damage increased to 55/80/105/130/155 – from 50/75/100/125/150

Resonating Strike

• minimum base damage increased to 55/80/105/130/155 – from 50/75/100/125/150

Lissandra

Stats Changes

• base health increased to 550 – from 518
• health growth increased to 90 – from 87

Lucian

R – The Culling

• base damage per shot increased to 20/40/60 – from 20/35/50

Poppy

W – Steadfast Presence

• bonus movement speed increased to 40% – from 35%

Qiyana

E – Audacity

• New – Damage is Flashable now

R – Supreme Display of Talent

• cooldown increased to 120 seconds – from 100 seconds

Rumble

W – Scrap Shield

• base shield strength lowered to 80/110/140/170/200 – from 100/130/160/190/220

Soraka

Q – Starcall

• base damage increased to 75/110/145/180/215 – from 60/95/130/165/200

Swain

W – Death’s Hand

• target range increased to 675 – from 625

Syndra

P – Transcendent

• Force of Will real damage increased to 30% – from 20%

Vayne

E – Condemn

• Wall damage increased to 150% – from 100%

Xerath

R – Rite of the Arcane

• target range changed to 5000 – from 3200/4400/5600

Riot released part of these changelists in 9.15 PBE yesterday, July 23. Keep in mind that some of the changes presented above might modify until July 31 when the 9.15 update launches.
