Google Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL To Come With Improved Screen Resolution, More RAM, And Design Changes

The Pixel smartphones from Google are usually stirring up discussions when their release is approaching. Regarding the Google Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL, this year’s Google smartphones, we got some leaked pieces of information as well.

Improved screen resolution in Google’s 2019 models

According to the publication from BGR, they have received some news from “reliable inside sources,” bringing us to today’s leak. It has been told that the resolution of the Google Pixel 4 will be of 2280 x 1080 pixels while the one of the Pixel 4 XL will be of 3040 x 1440 pixels.

The pixel count os this year’s Google smartphones is better compared to their predecessors as the resolution of the Pixel 3 was of 1080 x 2160 pixels and Pixel 3 XL’s resolution was of 1440 x 2960. With that being said, if this is true, Google has improved this year’s middle-range smartphones.

Improved RAM Memory In Google Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL

The RAM of the Pixel 4 XL and Pixel 4 Google smartphones will be 6GB why their users will be able to take advantage of storage of 128GB. However, the sources BGR mentioned failed to confirm if the smartphones will have different storage of RAM variants.

This year’s Google smartphones’ memory is improved by 2GB of RAM compared to Pixel 3 XL and Pixel 3’s RAM of 4GB. However, last year they were also featured in 128 and 64GB storage variants. Some rumors even say that this year the Pixel series will actually be a trio of smartphones.

Google Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL Release Date

As it happened in the previous years, it was not until October that Google unveiled its new pair of Pixel smartphones, so the history is likely to repeat itself this year as well. As it seems, both Google Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL would come out with some significant improvements. We’ll find out more when Google will officially announce the two models this autumn.
