League of Legends players will soon get a lot of content for the next patch that will be released on July 17. Patch 9.14 is currently still in beta, on Riot’s PBE client. Let’s see all the balance changes for the champions so far. Get ready for a very long list of changes! These balance changes are currently being tested in PBE, so they might differ from the patch notes that will show up next week when Patch 9.14 goes live. We’ll have to add a different post about the state of Teamfight Tactics in 9.14, so keep an eye out for it.
