Mi Browser 10.8.5 Update Is Now Available with New Bug Fixes

Things haven’t been going that well for Xiaomi during this past couple of months. The Chinese based tech giant is no longer allowed to work with Google and this means that all its upcoming smartphones will no longer receive access to Google’s software updates, operating system or even the Google Play Store. On the bright side of things, Xiaomi was prepared for this to happen and it announced that it will launch a new Android-based operating system that will deliver similar performances to what Xiaomi fans are already used to.

The reason why Xiaomi is able to quickly roll out a new operating system is because the Chinese based tech giant has already developed lots of native apps with the Mi Browser being the perfect example of that. Mi Browser is the default browser of Xiaomi smartphones and the great thing about it is that it has been designed to be lightweight. Nonetheless, today we are talking about Mi Browser because we want to present the latest update which was released earlier today.

Mi Browser 10.8.5 Update

Xiaomi fans should be pleased to know that a brand-new update which sports the 10.8.5 build number has just been released for Mi Browser. The update is currently rolling out systematically via official OTA (over the air) channels. This means that somewhere around ten thousand Xiaomi fans will receive the update every hour. Therefore, some might have to wait until tomorrow to receive the new update.

Improved Software Stability

The developers who are in charge of Mi Browser didn’t go into too much detail when they released the new update and the only thing they said is that it will improve the overall software stability of the browser. This leads us to believe that Mi Browser’s new update is packed with bug fixes.
