Change skins in Minecraft PE
- Download PocketTool app from Google Play Store or the App Store
- Do an online search and find a skin you like
- Download the skin in PocketTool, then select Install Downloaded Content
- Install the skin in the app, then select Skins tab and tap the skin you want
- Apply changes and Reinstall Minecraft
- Changing the skin is possible and is done in PocketTool
