Google Play Services 16.7.94 Update is Now Available for Beta Testers

Google Play Services is the component that sits in the middle of the Android operating system. What we mean by this is that Google Play Services is the app that is in charge of ensuring that Google’s mobile operating system offers a premium user experience. This is why all Android users should make sure to get their hands on all the latest Google Play Services updates that Google releases. With that said, today we are going to present the latest update that Google Play Services has received.

Google Play Services 16.7.94 Beta Update

As previously mentioned, Google Play Services is one of the most important apps in the Android operating system. Therefore, it shouldn’t come as a shock that the Android is updating Google Play Services every couple of days and a new update has arrived today (April 12th). However, this is not a regular update and the only Android users who install it are the ones who are enrolled in the Android Beta Program.

The Android Beta Program

Even though enrolling in the Android Beta Program might sound like a complicated task that only people who are experienced with programming can do, we assure you that this is not the case. Enrolling the program doesn’t take longer than a couple of minutes and to top it all off, the only thing that beta testers need to do in exchange for receiving access to new features ahead of everyone else is to simply send feedback to the developers in the case that they encounter bugs.

What’s New?

The reason why Android fans might want to become beta testers and download the new update is because it brings lots of software tweaks to the background app. These software tweaks are taking the performances of Google Play Services to the next level, thus enhancing the overall Android user experience.
