The Lineup of Samsung’s New Wearables Revealed by the Galaxy Wearable App

Thanks to a recent update of the Galaxy Wearable app, spotted by SamCentralTech, we now know the entire lineup of the upcoming wearables that Samsung is expected to unveil alongside its next gen flagship phone Galaxy S10 during its event next week. The app, known in the past under the name Samsung Gear, presents now some new products on its main page: a smartwatch, a fitness band and wireless earbuds.

Galaxy Watch Active – Samsung’s fitness-oriented smartwatch

The first and most important device that can be found on the list is the Samsung Galaxy Watch Active. This fitness-focused smartwatch was recently leaked, although it was supposed to be named the Galaxy Sport. According to the Galaxy Wearable app, Galaxy Watch Active will have a 40mm case and customers will have at least two colors to choose from. Unfortunately, the image displayed in the app does not tell us how Samsung chose to replace the rotating-bezel UI that the company was using on its older smartwatches.

Samsung will introduce two fitness bands

Alongside the Galaxy Watch Active, Samsung will introduce two brand-new fitness bands with watch-like rubber straps, named Galaxy Fit and Galaxy Fit e. Although we are familiar with the name “Galaxy Fit e”, as it was leaked last month through a Bluetooth certification, we do not know yet the meaning of the letter “e”, as well as the differences between these two devices.

Galaxy Buds are finally confirmed

The last position on the list of Samsung’s upcoming devices is occupied by the Galaxy Buds, the company’s latest wireless earbuds. Galaxy Buds have been leaked a few times in the past, and now we finally have the confirmation that they are near the official launch. According to some reports, users will be able to charge them wirelessly simply by using the upcoming Galaxy S10.
