The Sims 5 is one of the most awaited games out there right now. We do not know the release date, as it is yet to be announced, but we do know that the expectations are high. It is 2019, and it’s happening! Keep in mind that the last game was released in September 2014.
We all thought that Electronic Arts would say something about the release date of the 5th installment at E3 2018, but that did not happen. We are, again, expecting the company to make an announcement at the E3 2019 event. The company usually keeps a gap of 5 years before releasing another game from this franchise. So, according to this, the announcement should be made in 2019, but we think the game will be released sometime in 2020.
Why we need the 5th game so bad?
We think that The Sims 4 was one of the best games ever, but the reviews of the games were mixed. It got its originality and graphics and its brand new features. But the game was then criticized for its lacking content.
We know for a fact that the most annoying thing about the game was the loading screen. We hope that, with the next game, they would do something about it – the experience of the gameplay has to be better than this. Also, there are many features with regards to parenthood from the Sims 3, that we could not find in the Sims 4, and we were a bit disappointed. We hope they would be introduced back in the Sims 5.
We are happy that there was a significant improvement in the graphics of the game, and we can all see the differences from 2014 to 2019.
