When does Pokémon Go Community Day January take place

The Pokémon Go Community Day January 2019 starts on 12th of January and compared to other such events in the past, this one will only last for three hours. The exact time of the event depends on the region you are in. Take a look below for more details:
- The Americas and Greenland: January 12 – 11 am to 2 pm PST / 2 pm to 5 pm EST
- Europe, Middle East, Africa, India: January 12 – 10 am to 1 pm BST / 11 am to 2 pm CET
- Asia – Pacific: January 13 – 12 pm to 3 pm JST
What to expect from Pokémon Go Community Day January?
During this event, fans will have the chance to catch only one featured Pokémon – one that they will definitely be happy to have. The featured Pokémon is Totodile and you will have three hours available to catch as many of them as possible.
When it comes to the bonuses available throughout the Pokémon Go Community Day this month, there will be two specific bonuses for players: 3-Hour Lures and 1/4 Egg Hatch Distance. The 3-Hour Lures will help you find rare Pokémon and shinies much easier, and thanks to the second bonus, your Pokémon Eggs will hatch much quicker than normal.
