Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite Might Come with A Premium Processor Chip

Based on some recent assumptions made by the well-known tipster Ice Universe, who’s known for being quite good at uncovering specs about smartphones long before their release, Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite is expected to come equipped with the same Snapdragon 855 or Exynos 9820 processor that the more expensive versions will have.

Both affordable and powerful

This is great news, as it means that even if we want to buy the Lite model, which will be the most affordable one from all three different S10 models expected to launch this year, we will still get a very powerful smartphone for the money we’d need to pay. This could mean, of course, that the South Korean company will save some money in other areas, such as the camera and the screen of Samsung S10 Lite.

Peak rumor season – What else is new

Our predictions so far are that the Samsung Galaxy S10 models will be unveiled during the MWC industry event in Barcelona, which will happen at the end of February. Therefore, we expect more and more leaks and assumptions to pop up between now and February. Some of the most common rumors are about battery sizes up to 4,000mAh and bezels that will be thinner than the ones we’ve seen so far.

When it comes to the standard Samsung Galaxy S10, it is expected to come with a 6.1-inch display, while Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite will have a 5.8-inch screen. Also, Galaxy S10 Plus, which will be the most expensive from the three models, will have a 6.4-inch screen. As far as the internal chipsets are concerned, we’ve already said that they will probably be Snapdragon or Exynos – this depends on the region where the smartphones will be released. Regarding the price of S10 Lite, it might be somewhere around $650-$750.
